Wheelchair Basketball at Mittagong PCYC
Every Friday evening from 5pm to 6:30pm, the Mittagong branch of the Police and Citizen’s Youth Club (PCYC) hosts wheelchair basketball matches on their indoor courts.
“It’s a fast-paced, fun, and inclusive sport that anyone can enjoy,” a representative from the Mittagong Tigers team said.
“You don’t need to have a disability to get involved; it’s a great way to challenge yourself, build strength and coordination, and experience the game from a fresh perspective.
“Whether you’re new to basketball or a seasoned player, it’s all about having a go, learning new skills, and enjoying the social atmosphere.”

Super Seedlings: Grow Your Own Vegetables from Seed Workshop
Join Moss Vale Community Garden's vegetable growing workshop and start a rewarding journey to cultivate fresh, homegrown produce from seed.
If you love growing your own vegetables, you'll be pleased to know that many are easily grown from seed.
The workshop runs from 10:30am – 12:30pm at The Chapel at Harbison Retirement Village, 36 Yarrawa Rd, Moss Vale.
What to bring: Gardening gloves, a face mask (to protect against potential potting mix bacteria), and notetaking materials.
Tickets are $60, which includes workshop, all materials and seeds as well as light refreshments served.

Held on the second Sunday of every month from 8:30am to 2pm, the Robertson Country Markets are held at the Robertson School of Arts.

Berrylicious Pick Your Own Day
From 10am to 1pm at the Berrylicious Strawberry Farm in Buxton, the farm hosts their Berrylicious Pick Your Own Day.
The fruit is under cover, whereas the rest of the farm is not.
Costs are as follows: Eat as many strawberries as you like - $25 per person; kids under the age of ten - $15; and no charge for kids under two years old.
Strawberries you take home are also $25 per kilo.

Heritage Trades and Craft Fair, Wollondilly Heritage Centre & Museum
Held from 10am to 3pm this Sunday at the Wollondilly Heritage Centre and Museum in The Oaks, the Heritage Trades and Craft Fair celebrates the heritage trades, traditional crafts and skills that helped build the Wollondilly and shape its unique story.
Step back in time and discover rare trades, traditional craft demonstrations, and First Nations tool and craft-making techniques showcased throughout the day.
Enjoy a range of family-friendly activities, including traditional games, apple peeling, fascinating talks, guided tours, live music and more.
Kids can also join in the fun with activities available for a gold coin donation.
Also enjoy freshly made scones, sausage sandwiches, tea and coffee while soaking up the history, creativity and community spirit of this special event.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children or $15 for a family.

Held on the second Saturday of every month from 8:30am to 1:30pm, the Goulburn Rotary Parkside Markets are on again in Montague St, Goulburn (adjacent to Belmore Park).
The markets are a regional produce and artisan market for the region’s talented makers and producers.
A project of the Goulburn Rotary Club, at the markets you will find something for each of your senses – coffee, flowers, food, preserves, plants, candles, jewellery and so much more.
All funds raised from the market go to support Rotary charities and projects.

The Paper Trail Club is a very casual monthly creative catch-up for people who own too many notebooks, keep paper scraps “just in case”, and feel spiritually connected to Officeworks. Come solo. Bring a friend. Bring your stationery.
Think analogue hobbies that involve journals, knitting, sketchbooks, fountain pens, collage scraps, sewing projects, postcards, stickers, watercolours, zines and the notebook you bought during a deeply convincing “this will fix my life” moment. Dare to be Brave – Kerry McInnis @ Yass Community Centre
The aim of this workshop is to encourage participants to loosen up their approach in representing a subject in 2D.
By using a broad and rather wild technique, a painted colour base is established upon which, at various stages, some refining of the subject is accomplished using drawing media.
Kerry wants her artists to capture the elements of a subject that has engaged them without becoming trapped by their effort to represent the physical “exactness” of the subject.
The event will run from 10am to 4pm.

Binalong Community Markets
Held every second Sunday of the month at Café on Queen in the village of Binalong, 35 kms north west of Yass, the Binalong Community Markets are on again from 10am to 1:00pm.
You’ll find a variety of wonderful stalls to enjoy, and this month the markets are being held in conjunction with the Bobbara Hill Walk, with the canola field views being next level.
Grab your family and friends, enjoy a climb up Mount Bobbara, and soak up the best of the Binalong countryside.
There will also be a BBQ, drinks, fresh air and good vibes waiting at the top!
Entry for the Bobbara Hill Walk is a gold coin donation (and no dogs allowed, thanks for your understanding).
