Friday DJ Sessions, Royal Hotel Bowral

St Thomas Aquinas Primary School is opening their doors from 10am – 1pm this Saturday for their open day.
Prospective school parents are invited to take tours of the Kindy classrooms and tours of the whole school and can also enjoy a BBQ as well as farm animals and a jumping castle available for the kids.

Drinks with the Artists: Seven Seasons Exhibition, Bowral Art Gallery
Join the Bowral Art Gallery on Saturday afternoon from 4pm – 6pm for the official opening of their ‘Seven Seasons – A Group Exhibition’, which shows works from seven local women - Jacqui Brown, Corinne Dany, Jodie Kilmister, Sarah Norton, Kate Tribe, Monique Turczynski and Natalie Will.
Enjoy some drinks and nibbles with the artists.
The exhibition runs through until next Tuesday, June 2.

‘Mind, Body, Spirit’ Workshop with The Highland Woman
The Highland Woman is hosting a ‘Mind, Body, Spirit Workshop’ this Sunday May 31 at the Highlands Health Club in Mittagong.
Host Scarlett Vespa has invited psychotherapist Katie Feder, who will be sharing her insights and tools on how to support emotional wellbeing, mindset, and inner clarity; and fitness coach Vania Primmer, who will guide participants through movement, strength, and practical wellness habits for a healthier body.
“This workshop is an opportunity to pause from everyday life and focus on yourself through guided sessions, connection, learning, and renewal,” Ms. Vespa said.
“You’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more aligned.”
The workshop will run from 10:30am – 3:30pm, with lunch as well as tea & coffee included.

Picton Parkrun
Meet up at the Picton Botanic Gardens from 7:55am again tomorrow morning for the weekly Picton Parkrun.
The park run is a fun, free and timed 5km walk, jog or run around the Picton Botanic Gardens and is open to all ages and abilities. It is also well maintained by an army of volunteers.

Picton Markets and Poultry Sale, Picton Showgrounds
The Picton Markets are on again this Sunday at the Picton Showgrounds from 8am to 2pm and will be running alongside both the Picton Poultry Society’s Poultry Sale (running from 9am – 1pm) and the ‘Picton Hamfest’ organised by the Illawarra Amateur Radio Society (IARS) from 8am – 1pm.

Running from 9am to 12 noon, the My Kids Market is held at the Wollondilly Leisure Centre.

Grease The Musical is a high-spirited celebration of rock ’n’ roll, friendship and teenage dreams.

Annual 65 Roses Charity Dinner
Cystic Fibrosis Goulburn and District will again be hosting their annual 65 Roses Charity Dinner at the Goulburn Workers Club this Saturday night from 6:30pm.
The night includes a three-course dinner, an auction and live entertainment from local band ‘Leaving Reality’.
Efforts of awareness continue to contribute to much-needed medical research to help reach their goal of “Zero Lives Affected By Cystic Fibrosis”.

Market In Tarago
Held on a quarterly basis, the Tarago Market is on again this Saturday from 10am – 2pm at the Tarago Town Hall in Wallace St.
There’s an eclectic mix of stalls selling local produce, artwork and craft from many local suppliers and businesses with a mix of fine art, wine, produce, homemade crafts, and second-hand treasures.
There’s also delicious catering provided by various community groups.

Cars at the Courthouse
Held on the last Sunday of every month from 10am – 11:30am, the Cars at the Courthouse event is on again this Sunday, May 31st.
Enjoy taking a look at some great classic cars and the kids can also have a play on the equipment in nearby Belmore Park, and there are coffee shops nearby such as Cafe 5911 where you can purchase your coffee.
Cars at the Courthouse is held rain, hail or shine, and is also totally free.

The Sheep Detectives at The Liberty Theatre

Due to the inclement weather forecast, unfortunately the Yass Railway Museum Artisan Markets have been cancelled this Sunday.
However, the Railway Museum itself will still be open from 10am to 4pm.
Entry fees for the museum are Adult: $10, Child $8, Concession $8 and Family $20.
