On the fourth Friday of every month, the Sutton Forest Inn hosts Friday Karaoke from 8pm to 11pm.

A Morning with Elisabeth Galvin – P.L. Travers
Held in collaboration with the Southern Highlands Youth Arts Centre (SHYAC), Wingecarribee Library will hold this event at the Bowral Memorial Hall by Elizabeth Galvin, who has done some research into the author of Mary Poppins, P.L. Travers, who was herself an Australian author.
Ms. Galvin's biography explores the life of the elusive writer behind a publishing phenomenon of eight books written across 55 years and translated into 20 languages, revealing a woman whose remarkable experiences took her from Russia and New York to Arizona and Kyoto.
The event will run from 11am – 12pm at the Bowral Memorial Hall, 24 Bendooley St, Bowral.
There will also be a 'statue turning' afterwards at 12:30pm at the Mary Poppins statue in Glebe Park, near the Bradman Museum.

Christmas in July at The Bundanoon Hotel

Held on the fourth Sunday of every month, the Berrima Schoolyard Markets hosts over 50 stalls selling everything from handmade, artisan, jewellery, fashion, homewares and many delicious food stalls, fresh produce, home-made jams, sauces, pies, sweets, French cheeses, charcuterie and more.
The kids can also enjoy a wonderful play time as well, with a jumping castle and cars and a playground.
They also have live music, and the school's very special Stephanie Alexander “Kitchen Café” open as well.

CVI (Camden Valley Inn) Farmers Markets
The second last Camden Valley Farmers Markets are on again this Sunday from 8am – 11am.
The pub has been hosting these markets throughout July to promote the agricultural benefits of the Camden area to the local economy.
The markets sell fresh local produce, artisan goods, and handpicked treasures, all set against Camden Valley Inn’s new country-inspired setup.
They even give visitors a CVI Tote Bag to carry all their 'market goodies'.

Petronella McGovern Author Talk – Goulburn Mulwaree Library
Held tonight from 6pm – 7:30pm, the talk by author Petronella McGovern discusses her latest book 'Every Time She Wakes'.
The book is described as 'an unputdownable thriller about family, identity and defying fate.'
Suze and her family are evacuated from their home during a bushfire emergency. Suze suddenly realises they’re being kidnapped, and when the van crashes, she thinks it’s the end. But then Suze wakes up two weeks back in time. Then it happens again. And again. With every loop, her world twists into a new version of itself. She is running out of time to save her family and wake up in a world she recognises.

Goulburn Farmers Markets, Goulburn Recreation Area
Held on the fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 11am, the Goulburn Farmers Markets are on again this Saturday at the Goulburn Recreation Area.
The Goulburn Farmers Market is a cooperative venture promoting local producers and makers, and for the public to discover the best foods of the region. Come and experience the community vibe, with local entertainers among the stallholders, as well as good coffee, small workshops on how to grow food, beekeeping and making compost.

Run Goulburn Run - Fun Run
From 8am to 10:30am this Sunday morning, join the team from the BDCU Goulburn Hospital Fundraising Committee in a fun run to raise money for the purchase of vital equipment for Goulburn Base Hospital.
Join the fun in a range of events for all ages and levels of fitness plus entertainment, activities and food for purchase at the finish line. Run events include a 1.5km short distance to walk or run with the whole family, plus a 5km Run, Paws Walk and Wheelchair event.
There’s $100 cash prize for each of the male and female winners.
There’s also a 10km race for serious competitors (75 timed spots available) - with $200 cash prize money for the first female and male Entry fee for the entire day is:
- Family $50 (up to four kids and two adults).
- Adults $25;
- Pensioners 65+ $15 and
- Kids (0-17 years) $15
With incredible local businesses sponsoring the event, all entry fees will go toward purchasing vital equipment for the Goulburn Base Hospital.

Estampa: Postcards – Melodies from Afar – Yass Music Club Concert
From the fierce folky jazz of Django Reinhardt’s 'Seul ce soir' to the romantic bossa nova of Antônio Carlos Jobim’s 'Corcovado', this performance as part of the Yass Music Club (YMC) explores the depth and beauty of diverse musical traditions.
Original compositions like Hora De Nundah, inspired by Balkan rhythms, and N’Awlins, capturing the essence of New Orleans jazz, are paired with traditional Swedish folk songs like 'Kristallen den fina' and 'Halling Från Ekshärad'.
Experience a beautiful arrangement that intertwines Chopin’s Prelude in E minor with Jobim’s 'How Insensitive', effortlessly blending classical and bossa nova.
'Bie Mir Bistu Shein' is a beloved Yiddish classic that evokes a nostalgic charm, while the lively rhythms of Farmors Brudpolska transports you across continents.
The concert concludes with a brilliant arrangement of Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, celebrating the timeless appeal of Baroque music.
