SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
FRIDAY OCTOBER 31
Trick or Treating at The Robertson Hotel
The Robertson Hotel is hosting the first of it’s Murder Mystery Nights, with a Halloween themed Murder Mystery.
Families can pop in for some snacks and say hello as part of their ‘trick or treating’ rounds in the village from 4pm – 6pm.
They will also be hosting a Christmas themed night titled ‘The Santa Sleighing’ in December and one on New Year’s Eve, a mystery dinner entitled ‘The Capital Caper’.

Cohesion: Tutors of Bowral Art Gallery exhibition opening
The Bowral Art Gallery is hosting the opening of their Cohesion: Tutors of Bowral Art Gallery exhibition from 2pm.
Guest speaker at the opening will be the director of the Ngununggula Art Gallery, Susi Muddiman.
This is part of the Southern Highlands Art Trail which will run over the next two weekends, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November and 8 and 9 November. The three galleries of Bowral Art Gallery will be open across the two weekends as well as art studios and creative spaces across the Highlands.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 2
Bundanoon Makers Market, Soldiers Memorial Hall
Held on the first and third Sunday of every month, the Bundanoon Makers Market is held in the Soldiers Memorial Hall on Railway Avenue from 8:30am – 2pm. The market sells fresh local produce and also includes art, crafts and music from local performers. There is also a series of food stalls to cater to the discerning ‘foodie’ and even a coffee van to get that much needed morning ‘caffeine hit’.

WOLLONDILLY
FRIDAY OCTOBER 31
Spooky Afternoon Tea and Halloween Hunt, The Celebration Society, Picton
The Celebration Society in partnership with Greater Sydney Tours is hosting a Spooky Afternoon Tea and Halloween Hunt for the kids on the streets of Picton.
They can decorate ‘ghoul-worthy’ cupcakes and cookies, make creepy craft creations and then take part in the scavenger hunt through the town solving clues, riddles and taking selfies.
The event runs from 4pm – 5:30pm, and tickets are $20. Accompanying adults are free of charge.
The Celebration Society is at 36 Menangle St, Picton.

Berrylicious Pick Your Own Day, Berrylicious Strawberry Farm, Buxton
The Berrylicious Strawberry Farm is hosting their own Pick Your Own Day at their farm for kids, adults and families alike from 9am to 1pm.
Get in quick though,as all the other picking sessions are sold out, however there are only 2 tickets left for the 1pm picking session.
Prices are as follows:
Eat as many strawberries as you like: $25 per person;
Kids under the age of 10: $15
Free for kids under the age of 2
Strawberries to take home are $25 per kilo.

Christmas Pudding Masterclass, Windy Oaks Produce, The Oaks
Learn the finer points of how to make the perfect Christmas pudding which can then be taken home to store in the freezer or fridge until it’s ready to go on Christmas Day.
Preparing the Christmas pudding in November gives the pudding ingredients such as rum and dried fruit, etc time to mature and give that extra flavour.
The class also includes a light lunch and a glass of champagne as well as a sample of some traditional Christmas pudding complete with brandy custard.
Places are limited to 8 people per class and BYO apron.
This masterclass will be held at Windy Oaks Produce, 31 John St, The Oaks from 11am – 1pm.

Halloween Spooky Night, Hume Conservatorium
Join the Hume Conservatorium team as they host a Halloween themed night complete with a disco, frighteningly good ghost tours, a dress-up competition, games and much more.
The night will run from 6pm to midnight and is for teens aged 12-18, and is free.
The Hume Conservatorium is at 160 Bourke St, Goulburn (attendees recommended to use the Verner St entrance).

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 1
St Saviours Community Markets, St Saviours Cathedral Hall
On the first Saturday of every month the St Saviours Community Markets are always held in the St Saviours Cathedral Hall from 9am to 1pm.
There’s a wide variety of stalls on display selling everything from delicious gourmet food to wines, honey, jams, candles and much more.
A tasty gourmet BBQ will also be on offer to whet the appetite for retail therapy during the market.

Sunday Sessions at the Goulburn Club
Every Sunday from 1-5pm at the Goulburn Club, their Sunday Sessions event is held, with the opportunity for musicians to bring along their instruments or their best singing voice and share songs, tunes, stories and poetry.
Sunday Sessions in particular focus on traditional folk songs, Australian and Celtic songs and Americana songs.
