A NSW police officer is set to face court over alleged domestic violence-related offences, including stalking and the alleged use of a tracking device without consent.

The 31-year-old male senior constable, attached to a command in the South West Metropolitan Region, has been issued with a Future Court Attendance Notice.

Police allege the officer stalked and intimidated a woman known to him during December 2025.

The charges before the court are listed as:

  • Stalk/intimidate with intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm (domestic-related)

  • Install or use a tracking device to locate a person without consent (domestic violence)

The matter was reported to police in February 2026, with investigators carrying out extensive inquiries before charges were laid.

Police will allege the officer was off duty at the time of the incidents.
