New Bargo Ambulance Station
Hot on the heels of the Moss Vale announcement, the Bargo community has been given a first look at the design for the new Bargo Ambulance Station.

Hot on the heels of the Moss Vale announcement, the Bargo community has been given a first look at the design for the new Bargo Ambulance Station.
The new station will be built on Great Southern Road, Bargo.
According to NSW Ambulance, the modern purpose-built facility will include internal parking for up to eight emergency ambulance vehicles, on-site vehicle wash facilities, administration and logistics areas, multipurpose spaces and staff amenities including a gym.
Additional on-site parking will also be provided.
Construction is expected to begin later this year, subject to planning approval and the appointment of a builder.
NSW Ambulance said Bargo was identified as a high-priority location following a comprehensive service planning process using modelling software to map Triple Zero (000) demand and emergency response performance.
The new station is expected to support emergency crews servicing the wider Macarthur region, including growing communities in and around Wollondilly.
NSW Ambulance Chief Executive Dr Dominic Morgan said the station would help paramedics respond more effectively to increasing demand in the area.
“Bargo and surrounding communities are continuing to grow, and this new station will help ensure our paramedics have the facilities and resources they need to continue delivering high-quality emergency and mobile medical care,” he said.
