UPDATE: Man faces seven charges after alleged domestic incident at Narellan Vale
A man has been charged with seven offences after a woman was critically injured when she was allegedly assaulted and run over at Narellan Vale this morning.

A man has been charged and will face court after a woman was critically injured when she was allegedly assaulted and run over in Sydney’s south-west this morning.
Emergency services were called to Maddison Court in Narellan Vale at about 8.30am and found a 36-year-old woman suffering multiple injuries after an alleged domestic violence-related incident.
She was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.
Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command initiated a search to locate a man police believed could assist with inquiries into the incident.
Shortly before 11am, a man – also aged 36 – was arrested in a phone box near Camden Valley Way.
He was taken to Narellan Police Station.
As inquiries continue, police are also appealing for anyone in the vicinity of Maddison Court shortly before 8:30am on Wednesday morning and has information that may assist investigators – or anyone with dashcam vision – to contact Narellan Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The man was charged with seven offences - reckless grievous bodily harm (DV), reckless wounding in company (DV), common assault (DV), grievous bodily harm by negligent act – vehicle, learner unaccompanied, take and drive conveyance without consent of owner and destroy/damage property (DV).
The man was refused bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court tomorrow (Thursday 11 December 2025).
