Applications for funding through the 2026 Veolia Mulwaree Trust Grants and Donations Program will open next week for the Wollondilly, Southern Tablelands and Southern Highlands.

Applications will be open from January 27 until February 18 for not-for-profit organisations and community groups in the Goulburn Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly, Shoalhaven, Oberon and former Palerang local government areas.

There are two funding programs available including a donation program for small community projects valued at less than $1000 and a grants program for projects valued at more than $1000.

There is also a scholarship program for creative artists to assist in making or completing a body of work or to undertake a program of arts study.

The Veolia Mulwaree Trust was established to manage and distribute funds for charitable purposes and worthwhile community projects in and around the former Mulwaree Shire Council area.

The Trust’s funding is provided by Veolia Australia and New Zealand which operates the Woodlawn Eco-Precinct near Tarago.
