Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park will be invaded by animals of a different four-legged variety to the horse in May – dogs.

Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park will be invaded by animals of a different four-legged variety to the horse – dogs.
The Paws in the Park 2026 event will be held there on Sunday, May 17 from 10am to 2pm.
There will be an opportunity for dog owners to participate in a self – guided 2km walk as well as a whole heap of other doggie activities including a Dog Agility Obstacle Course by K9 Fun, Dogs NSW & Dog Sports Demos; free Dog Obedience sessions by Bails Paw at 10:30am - 10:50am, 11:15am - 11:35am and 1:15pm - 1:35pm; and even Working Sheepdog demonstrations by Hawkesbury Kelpies.
There will also be a Q&A with Guide Dogs NSW on the Main Stage at 11am, and a variety of pet parade categories held throughout the day including ‘Best Trick’, ‘Best Fancy Dress’, ‘Golden Oldie’, and ‘Cutest Dog’.
Bails Paw will also hold their Q&A and behavioural talk from 12:25pm.
There are also activities on offer for families and kids including free face painting, a free inclusive space, Adopt a Puppy Craft Activity by Mess It Up (note: this is a paid activity), free caricature drawings, free giant yard games, 'Puppy Love' painting workshops by Pinot and Picasso Camden; and a fire truck.
The ‘Puppy Love’ painting workshops will be held from 10:15am – 11:45am and from 12:15pm – 1:45pm.
