The Treasurer has just handed down the State Budget. We will have a full report soon on the good and bad of the budget for our regions.

The Budget includes:
Some toll relief,
Loans for the installation of solar-powered storage batteries for homes.
$100 reduction in vehicle registrations for 12 months
$1000 'cost of living payment' for State Government employees
$130 million investment in National Parks
