Linden Maxwell Toll appeared before the District Court in Goulburn this week, with the matter now listed for sentence on 22 April before Judge Williams.

Toll has entered a plea of guilty to charges including dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and knowingly dealing with proceeds of crime.

Toll remains in custody, with bail remaining refused.

The sentencing hearing is expected to run for about one hour, with Toll to appear via audio visual link.

The matter has been the subject of previous Southern Wire reporting. As we reported, Toll pleaded guilty in December 2025 to fraud-related offences linked to his business dealings in the Southern Highlands.

The charges relate to a broader investigation into alleged financial misconduct involving loans and investment companies operating in the region between 2013 and 2023.
