Fraudster Linden Toll’s matter returned to court in Goulburn today.

Whilst Toll, was excused from attending court, his bail remains refused, and he remains in custody.

Toll was due to be sentenced in early February 2026. That did not proceed, and no date is fixed for sentence. Several subpoenas have been issued which are returnable on 9 March at the Downing Centre in Sydney.

The matter will be listed on 7 April 2026 in Goulburn. The listing is not for sentencing.

Toll a former Southern Highlands resident plead guilty in December 2025 to two fraud related charges. Those offences occurred in the Southern Highlands.
