The Land and Environment Court has this morning listed the Repoly Appeal for a 10 day hearing.
The community will get a decision when the matter proceeds to Hearing. Photo Stuart Carless..

The Land and Environment Court has this morning listed the Repoly Appeal for a 10 day hearing.
The matter will be listed for Hearing starting on 19 October. 10 days have been set aside by the Court.
Repoly advised the Court that they will again amend their proposed plans.
