Onisforou allegedly blocked from entering council
Breaking News - Police have apparently stopped local cattle farmer and developer Theo Onisforou from entering the Wingecarribee Shire Council Building.
A grainy photo shows Onisforou and Police.
The Southern Wire observed police surround Onisforou with his daughter nearby.
Council is presently meeting.
