A man has been charged after police allegedly found methylamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and almost $29,000 cash during a vehicle stop near Collector.
A man has been charged after police allegedly found methylamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and almost $29,000 cash during a vehicle stop near Collector.
About 11am on Wednesday 16 September, officers from Goulburn Highway Patrol stopped a white Kia Carnival travelling north on the Federal Highway at Collector.
Police said the 40-year-old driver underwent roadside drug testing and allegedly returned a positive result for cocaine and methylamphetamine.
Further checks allegedly revealed his NSW driver licence was suspended.
Police searched the vehicle and allegedly located 259 grams of methylamphetamine, 83 grams of cocaine, 29 grams of heroin and $28,950 in cash.
The man was arrested and taken to Goulburn Police Station.
He was charged with three counts of supplying a prohibited drug greater than an indictable quantity but less than a commercial quantity, recklessly dealing with proceeds of crime, and driving while his licence was suspended.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear before Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday 30 September.
