Hore Faces Four Child Indecent Assault Charges
Brendan Andrew Hore has pleaded not guilty to four counts of indecent assault "where victim under the age of 10 years".
A Southern Highlands man accused of four child indecent assault offences will face a court hearing next week.
Brendan Andrew Hore also known as Brenden has pleaded not guilty to four counts of indecent assault where the alleged victim was under the age of 10 years.
The matter is listed for a special fixture hearing before Moss Vale Local Court on June 12.
Court records show Hore has denied all four charges and remains on bail pending the outcome of the proceedings.
As part of his bail conditions, Hore is required to regularly report to Moss Vale Police Station.
Hore has entered a guilty plea to a separate charge of not keeping a firearm safely.
Hore is well known in cattle farming, golf and darts circles in the Southern Highlands and has won a charity golf event for children suffering from serious illness.
The Southern Wire will report on the outcome of the hearing following next week's proceedings.
