Fraudster Linden Toll remains in custody after his latest court appearance.

Toll was refused bail when he appeared before the Goulburn District Court earlier today.

His case is listed again for mention on February 23.

He has been excused from attending on that date.

Toll has been charged with dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and faces a lengthy prison sentence given that he has already pleaded guilty.

The alleged multi-million fraud relates to loans and investment companies operating in the Southern Highlands between 2013 and 2023.
