Essential repairs on Barton Highway at Murrumbateman
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has advised that repairs will be undertaken at various locations between Monday, October 12 and Friday, October 16 to improve safety for motorists.
Essential maintenance will be carried out on the Barton Highway at Murrumbateman next week.
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has advised that repairs will be undertaken at various locations between Monday, October 12 and Friday, October 16 to improve safety for motorists.
The works will take place on the highway between Hillview Drive and McIntosh Circuit and also seven kilometres north and five kilometres south of the town.
The works are being scheduled between 6pm and 6am, weather permitting, to help minimise impacts on the local community.
Single lane closures, traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
