Bundanoon has a new lock up keeper

The Hume Police District has advised that Constable Lucinda (Lucy) Warren commenced work at the station this week.

Bundanoon Police Station has a new lock up keeper.

The Hume Police District has advised that Constable Lucinda (Lucy) Warren commenced work at the station this week.

Constable Warren, has been an officer for four years and has transferred to the Southern Highlands from the Hawkesbury Police Area Command.

Outside of her policing work, Constable Warren is an avid poet, writer and animal lover who enjoys working on small creative projects.

Constable Warren said this week she was “genuinely excited” about taking up her new role.

She said she was looking forward to getting to know local residents, working with them and becoming part of what makes Bundanoon “such a strong, unique and downright lovely place to live”.

Local residents are reminded that they always call triple zero (000) for emergency or life-threatening situations.
