BREAKING: Woman trapped in motor vehicle accident at Pheasant's Nest

At approximately midday emergency services were called to an incident on the Hume Motorway at Pheasant's Nest, with reports a person was trapped in the vehicle.

A woman in her 40's was trapped in a motor vehicle accident on the Hume Motorway at Pheasant's Nest earlier today.

A spokesperson from NSW Ambulance told The Southern Wire that at about 12:00pm NSW Ambulance was called to a single car motor vehicle accident on the Hume Motorway at Pheasants Nest.

"NSW Ambulance responded with multiple resources including intensive care paramedics who treated a woman aged approximately in her 40s who had suffered a suspected medical episode," the spokesperson said.


"She was treated at the scene and transported to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition."

Southbound traffic was affected, with drivers urged to take care if they were in the area.
