BREAKING NEWS - Mayor and GM seek AVO against Onisforou
The Wingecarribee Shire Mayor and the General Manager are involved in an apprehended violence application with local farmer Theo Onisforou.
The Wingecarribee Shire Mayor and the General Manager are involved in an apprehended violence application with local farmer Theo Onisforou.
Court records show that an application via NSW Police has been made for an Apprehended Violence Order against Mr Onisforou in order to protect Mayor Fitzpatrick and General Manager Lisa Miscamble.
The matter is listed in Moss Vale Local Court at 9:30am next Tuesday.
As reported in The Southern Wire Mr Onisforou was removed from a recent council meeting and that matter and a subsequent complaint by Mr Onisforou about the Mayor are currently the subject of ongoing enquiries.
