Breaking - Linden Toll avoids jail.
Linden Toll was sentenced today in the District Court of NSW at Goulburn (22 April 2026).

Linden Toll was sentenced today in the District Court of NSW at Goulburn (22 April 2026).
The Southern Wire was granted permission by the Court to view the proceedings.
Toll entered pleas of guilty to two charges:
dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception; and
knowingly dealing with proceeds of crime.
Toll did not appear in person but was present via audio-visual link.
Judge Williams found Toll posed a low risk of reoffending, had good prospects of rehabilitation and had used his nine months on remand productively.
The court imposed a sentence of 2 years and 10 months for the first offence and 1 year for the second. The sentences are to be served by an Intensive Corrections Order in the community.
Toll was ordered to be released forthwith. He must report to a local Police station by 4pm on 29 April and serve 300 hours of community service.
A compensation order of just under $2 million was made in favour of the victim.
The court was told Toll intends to reside with his partner in Moss Vale.
The Southern Wire has reported extensively on the background of the matter. Toll previously lived in the Southern Highlands. In 2013, he founded Apricity Finance Group.
Toll was initially charged with more than seven offences before entering guilty pleas to the two charges for which he has now been sentenced.
