Sarah Cassidy will face court again early next year on a range of charges relating to her involvement in an alleged cocaine supply ring in the Southern Highlands.

The former well-known Southern Highlands real estate faced Moss Vale Local Court on Tuesday on charges including taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, supplying a prohibited drug and participating in a criminal group.

All three charges have now been listed for Charge Certification (Committal) in Moss Vale Local Court on March 2, 2026.

The 24-year-old’s case could then be referred to a District or Supreme Court for trial or sentencing.

Her existing bail conditions will continue until March 2 on all three charges.

The conditions of her bail include surrendering her passport and agreeing to live at a specified address in the area covered by postcode 2577.

She is not allowed to be absent from those premises between the hours of 8pm or 6am or to be in contact with two other people – simply referred to as ‘JC’ and ‘AB” – who have also been charged in relation to the same matter.

Cassidy is the fifth person to be arrested as part of Strike Force Summertown – established in April this year to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in the Southern Highlands.

Four people were arrested on September 10 and charged with various offences relating to the investigation following simultaneous raids in Bowral, Moss Vale and Colo Vale.

The raids were carried out by strike force detectives with the assistance of the Southern Region Operations Support Group, Region Enforcement Squad, Southern High Risk Domestic Violence team and the Public Order and Riot Squad.

An amount of cocaine, MDMA, more than $52,000 in cash, four motor vehicles, jewellery and digital devices were seized during the raids for forensic examination.

Sydney media outlets are currently reporting that two Southern Highlands tradespeople allegedly built a structured cocaine distribution ring using friends and family.

Their cases are yet to be heard before the NSW Supreme Court.
